The shell of the hard hat is constructed from high density polyethylene materials, ensuring durability and protection. Additionally, there is a rain trough on the sides and back of the helmet to channel moisture away.

The soft brow pad is replaceable, providing added comfort and hygiene. Moreover, both the suspensions and headbands can be easily replaced if needed. The snap lock suspension features "tuck away" adjustments, making it hassle-free to wear all day. The wearer can easily modify the fit while wearing the hard hat thanks to the ratchet suspension, which is also simple to adjust.
